Reporting to the Customer Chief Officer, the selected candidates will be responsible for the day to day handling of clients, answering telephones, chats and emails.
Experience and Education
A minimum A Level standard of education, or similar
Excellent command of both written and spoken Engpsh and another language
Previous experience in an administrative role will be given preference
Skills
A pleasant personality with a friendly and mature attitude
Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organisational skills
